Aluminium is the material of the future. We are dedicated to ensuring its production is as sustainable as its applications.
Recycling aluminium requires only 5% of the energy used to produce primary metal. Our remelt facilities process thousands of tons of scrap annually, keeping resources in the loop indefinitely.
Smelting is energy-intensive. We are transitioning our power mix, currently drawing 40% of our energy from solar and hydroelectric sources, targeting 80% by 2035.
All Jwala Alloys facilities operate on a Zero Liquid Discharge policy. We recover and reuse 100% of process water, and upcycle bauxite residue into construction materials.
Scope 1 and 2 emissions measured across all facilities.
Solar and hydroelectric power scaled to half of total grid draw.
Secondary smelting capacity doubled to cut virgin metal demand.
Remaining emissions offset through verified carbon removal programs.
